Orlando Predators to Give Away 3,000 Free Tickets to Military Veterans

U.S. military veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and The War on Terror can receive a complimentary pair of tickets to Orlando Predators’ 2015 home opener

The Orlando Predators and owner David Siegel are honoring former and current U.S. military personnel by giving away 3,000 free tickets for the first home game of the team’s 2015 season at the Amway Center in Downtown Orlando. The first 1,500 eligible military members to complete the military appreciation form at www.orlandopredators.com starting on November 11, 2014, at 9 a.m. EST will receive a complimentary pair of tickets to the game on Sunday, March 29, 2015.

This is the first year the Orlando Predators will honor our nation’s heroes with free tickets following the team’s acquisition by the Westgate Resorts founder and CEO in July. The initiative is part of Siegel’s promise to return the franchise to its most visible and competitive position at the Amway Center in Downtown Orlando, while simultaneously creating more opportunities to give back to the community.

“As a veteran, I understand the dedication and sacrifice required of our troops,” said Siegel. “I am incredibly proud of these national heroes, and it is our pleasure to share a night of unforgettable entertainment with them while we kick off the 2015 season and celebrate the Orlando Predators’ return to the Amway Center.”

“USO Central Florida is grateful for the generosity of the Orlando Predators and David Siegel,” said Roland Emerton, executive director of USO Central Florida. “Our armed forces look forward to a little R&R after the stress of conflicts, and opportunities like the ticket giveaway allow them to take some time to enjoy life while cheering for those making the touchdowns.”

Starting November 11 at 9 a.m. EST, eligible service members may fill out the online military appreciation form at www.orlandopredators.com to receive one complimentary pair of tickets to the Orlando Predators game at the Amway Center, Sunday, March 29, 2015.
